Discover is the UK’s first Story Centre for children aged 0-11 and their families. Let your imagination run wild on our indoor Story World, where you can take a trip in a special steamship or climb a look-out to the clouds. Then take your adventure outside into our Story Garden and slide down a monster's tongue or drive your very own taxi. Our interactive family exhibition, The Fantastic World of Dr. Seuss, invites you to step inside the worlds from some of Dr. Seuss's most popular stories including The Cat in the Hat, Green Eggs and Ham, The Lorax and Oh, The Places You'll Go! Climb into the Once-ler wagon, dress up as Thing 1 and Thing 2 and build your own Truffula trees. We run a programme of events throughout the year including storytelling sessions for 0-3s, author and illustrator events, workshops and more. Don't forget to visit our shop and cafe before you leave.
