At the Astrophysics Research Centre of the Queen's University Belfast we carry out scientific research in Astronomy and Astrophysics. We have roughly 50 people at ARC, including professors, research fellows and assistants, graduate students and other staff. Our main areas of research are Extrasolar Planets, Planetary Sciences, Solar Physics and Supernovae.
