Visit a modern attraction in the first school in Wales built (in 1816) by Ironmasters for their workers. Inside you will find interactive exhibitions telling the story of the Blaenavon World Heritage Site and its residents through history - it should be your first port of call to understand the World Heritage Landscape. Also there are exhibitions in the Gallery, an on site café with fantastic views, gift shop, Tourist Information Centre and events held throughout the year. The Blaenavon World Heritage Centre is also the starting point for a number of circular walks around the Blaenavon Industrial Landscape
