Barbican Centre Silk Street

The City of London's flagship lending library with books, audio books, e-books, DVDs, music CDs and scores available for loan. Particular strengths in music, finance, arts and children's services. Public PCs offer Internet access, Microsoft Office programs, scanning and printing facilities. There is an active events programme including literature and music events, monthly art exhibitions, children's activities and reader development promotions. The library is fully accessible by wheelchair and offers a variety of access facilities including hearing induction loops and options for magnifying screen and text. Membership is free and available to all.
