During the First World War Centenary, we intend to deliver a powerful piece of community art, commissioned from one single artist, to promote remembrance and raise money for military charities. We will remember 19240 brave souls who lost their lives on the first day of the battle of the Somme, 1st July 1916. Shrouds of the Somme was displayed in Exeter 1-7 July 2016 to mark the start of the battle and will be on display in Bristol to mark the end 11-18 November 2016
