A collection of utilitarian equestrian items from 600 BC to the 20thC Eight rooms full of rare items of equestrian, artistic and social interest to include coaching, racing, military, agriculture, veterinary, sport and many miscellaneous items. Suitable for all ages from 5 to 95! Sadly it is a listed building so we have no disabled access to the museum although these are facilities downstairs and items can be viewed on a screen.

Mon-Fri 8.30am -4.30 pm Sat 10am-2pm.


£5.50 adults and £3 concessions. Children under 6 free.

Travel directions:

One minute off the northbound carriageway of the A1 14 miles north of Newark. There is free parking behind the gallery and room for minibuses and small caoches.
