Live Zoom talk A common mistake in genealogy is to concentrate only on direct ancestors and ignore their siblings. This approach excludes one of the most useful resources for family historians - the descendants of your ancestor's siblings - your cousins. It has been calculated that the average British person has tens of second cousins and hundreds of third cousins. Most families have lost touch with these relatives. In this one-hour Zoom talk Caroline Gurney explains: - How to find your cousins; - How their information can enrich your family history; - How their DNA can break down your brick walls. You can join Caroline for a Questions session after the talk.
